Perfect Pancake Maker Will Work For You?

Pancakes on Morning Breakfast

I love pancakes, but going through the hassle to make them is honestly not often worth the taste. If you like pancakes, but also don’t like going through the hassle to make them, then maybe this review will help you out a little bit. I often find reviews to be pretty helpful when I’m looking for something, so hopefully this will help you understand what a Perfect Pancake Maker is. I found this product on my search for ways to make pancake making a bit easier, and it seems to be gaining popularity. Keep reading to find out about how it works and whether or not it could help you.

The Product

Perfect Pancake Maker

Perfect Pancake Maker

The Perfect Pancake Maker is a metal contraption that has a bottom with four circular indents, and it also has a lid. You are supposed to pour your pancake mix into the four indents, close the lid, flip it over, and then open the lid. You do this over a stove top in order to heat up the pancake batter within the contraption, and then when you open the lid, you should have four pancakes cooked and ready to eat. The pancakes are also supposed to easily slide off of the metal, due to a special surface that the company claims to have used. It seems to be pretty popular among the public, and it seems like it would be pretty convenient. It costs around $20.00, so it is affordable as well.

The Purpose

The purpose of this product is to make pancake-making much more convenient. Instead of cooking one pancake at a time, you can cook four in less time. The company claims that you just have to make the batter and pour it into the four indents that have been made, close the contraption, heat it, flip it, and open it. This seems faster than putting one pancake into a skillet at a time, and having to time your flips and hope that the batter doesn’t spill out of the skillet. I have had my fair share of flipping pancakes right out of the skillet, which is more than annoying and leaves a big mess for me to clean up. I’m also very bad at judging when to flip the pancakes, so they either turned out burnt or undercooked. The batter also always sticks to the pan and it hard to scrub off later. The Perfect Pancake Maker’s company claims that their product would take away this hassle for good. They also claim that their product can cook eggs and crepes as well, which is an added bonus.

What Customers Are Saying

So far I have found pretty good reviews in my research. Customers are more than satisfied with the results of the Perfect Pancake Maker. Here is what one customer had to say:

“My wife has been using the perfect pancake maker for 5 years now and we are going to buy another one. It makes great pancakes every time ever since we took it out of the box.”

This customer is obviously happy with what he got, and is even going to buy another one after so many years.

Another customer also said around the same thing:

“I’ve used this pancake maker for some months now and I love it. I’ve never been able to get the pancakes the right shape and even color until this product.”

She claims that the pancake maker also helps shape her pancakes better, which is probably due to the provided indents in the contraption. She also claims that they have helped her get the right color, which means that they are coming out well-cooked instead of runny or burnt.

Another customer also shares her delight:

“I bought the perfect pancake maker and I couldn’t be happier with it.”

Most of the reviews I have found say something along these lines, so the customers are evidently satisfied with the Perfect Pancake Maker. However, I have found among the reviews one flaw that I would like you to be aware of.

The Flaw

Even though most customers seem to be happy about this purchase, I have found a few complaining about the same thing: that the Perfect Pancake Maker’s pancakes do not slide right off of the pan. Some customers say that they now have to use non-stick cooking spray before placing the batter into the contraption in order to get the pancakes to come out of the contraption without them ripping apart. Although it is an easy fix, it is not what the company claimed. I believe that you should be informed of the flaws that I find. If you have some non-stick cooking spray or butter, then you can avoid trying to pry your pancakes off of the bottom of the indents.

Perfect Pancake As Seen On TvIn summary, the Perfect Pancake Maker was designed to create an easier way for people to make pancakes faster and more efficiently. Customers have provided a large amount of great, five star reviews that claim the Perfect Pancake Maker does what its company says it will do; however, be aware that you may have to use non-stick cooking spray or butter in order to get the pancakes to slide out of the contraption. If you are interested, then you should check out the company’s official website. If you order from there, they offer customers a free second Perfect Pancake Maker, a recipe guide, a mystery gift, and a 30 day money back guarantee. If you’re interested, then I suggest making sure you do not purchase a copycat and buy it from the official website. Let us know how the pancakes taste!

This is a very clever idea. I’m eager to give it a try.

I usually make pancakes in a skillet. I have a big cast iron skillet and can make several pancakes at one time. But my problem is that I always have to throw out the first batch because they soak up too much of the oil from the pan; it’s such a waste!

It would be nice to have perfectly uniform pancakes–then my kids won’t argue about who has to eat the lopsided ones!

I totally agree susanna! mom insists on using the skillet and not ‘new fangled technology’ and you sure can taste the grease sometimes. This is why I like this as i just spray a bit of buttery burst in and hey presto- perfectly light pancakes!

I am a guy who is not ashamed to admit to helping my wife Darlene out in the kitchen and with the cooking. However, I am ashamed to admit that I am hopeless at pancakes! I can do the batter from scratch, but when it comes to getting the right shape and size, forget it!
Now i got this, I can make perfectly nice shaped pancakes all the same size! Thanks you guys!

    Hi there Andrew!!
When Our designers researched potential customers and found that making neatly sized pancakes was high on the list of priorities, almost as high as reliable performance! Personally, i am hopeless at pancakes, i can’t get the recipe right and even when I use ready made products, i still get it wrong!

    have a great day

You guys are too funny! I love this site its really friendly here and I love the idea that you have articles with pancake recipes in. I like this but I only use it when the grand children come over as I am not fussed on pancakes. I eat Granola with fruit for breakfast as I am on a diet.

This product seems absolutely amazing. I am seriously thinking about purchasing one for my Mom as a gift. But I would like to know how easy it is to clean after using? I have had some “non-stick” pans in the past and they have not lived up to their name and things have stuck to them. Is this the same or is it really “non-stick”?

    I eagerly await your reply.

  • Anna Smith July 31, 2013, 11:28 am

    Hi there Jack
Yes the Perfect Pancake Maker has a non stick surface and although its unnecessary to add oils or fats some of our customers have expressed a preference to do so. You may like to read more information here:
